Swim Clinic Led By Paris 2024 Olympian Sophie Angus - Read about Sophie below...
Head to Head promotes mental resiliency and physical wellness among young Canadians through Olympian led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Sophie faced injury, illness, plateaus and many other challenges and learned a lot from her amazing swim career. She will share his extensive knowledge of the sport with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.
Clinic Schedule:
11:00AM - 12:00PM - In-class session - Sophie's story and her journey to the Olympic Games + Managing Nerves + Pressure!
Q&A, Autographs, photos + more!!
12:00- 2:00PM - In-pool session - Breaststroke, starts, underwater kick off the wall Technique, Drills and more!
Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email [email protected] with the names of the swimmers!
Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - just let us know in advance! Contact [email protected] if you want to attend!
We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, age 10 + ) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.

What's the refund policy?
If you wish to cancel your ticket 14 days prior to the event, you can get a refund. Please request through Eventbrite.
*** PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTBRITE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OF THEIR FEES. This means although you will get the majority of your payment back (if cancelling 14 days or more before the event), Eventbrite will not refund their fee. This is a new Eventbrite Policy that Head to Head unfortunately cannot control.
