learn the fundamentals of the back squat and deadlift, then put them
to work in a short, fun partner workout.
No experience required. Just show up, move, and have a good time.

Absolute beginners welcome
You can do a comfortable air squat and hinge (or are happy to be
coached)
No current injuries (or cleared to train)
Couples (or lifting buddies) sign up together
