A friendly, supportive course for adults with learning disabilities and related conditions, including autism. We especially welcome younger adults and those who do not currently attend daytime sessions.
What to Expect
Prepare and cook lunch together each week
Enjoy a shared meal in a relaxed, social setting
Afternoon movement and wellbeing activities
Flexible sessions shaped around the group
Take home simple lunch recipes to try again
We ask for commitment to all 9 sessions, with understanding around illness or unforeseen circumstances.
