About this Event
Join us for an evening of practical insight and discussion with practitioners. The event brings together rehab professionals, physiotherapists, S&C coaches and clinicians to explore how technology is reshaping the way we assess, treat and support individuals through rehabilitation.
Bournemouth University’s Matt Best and Sam Chapman will break down their approach to criteria-based rehabilitation, sharing the methods they use day-to-day across both academic teaching and applied practice at the Physical Performance Hub.
Luke Thomas, First Team Physiotherapist at Southampton FC, will take a deep dive into calf injuries - looking at prognosis, rehab planning and the testing strategies that guide return-to-play decisions in elite football.
The VALD team will also run a hands-on demonstration, giving you the chance to see best-practice testing and technology workflows in action.
