CFN, in partnership with NAM, is offering a Wellness Event for clients to help enhance their stress management toolkit. The participants will explore and learn various techniques.
Topics will include:
Stress Management: simple yet powerful techniques to manage stress, relax, and boost your vitality.
Breathing Exercises: methods like CRM (Earth, Ocean, Heart, Hemispheric) and alternate nostril breathing to help calm the subconscious mind.
Relaxation Techniques: Use smell to relax and ground ourselves, tap on meridian points to ease tension, and apply relaxation and self-hypnosis methods for better sleep.
Flash Technique: Understand and apply this technique for effective stress management.
