This interactive workshop will teach participants techniques to cultivate inner spaciousness, group connection, and a deepened sense of self.
Led by Gestalt/IFS Coach, Joseph Mach, this event is for anyone curious about mindfulness, energetics and tools to regulate and integrate psychedelic and ecstacstic experiences.
In attending this event, you can expect:
-Some simple energization and grounding exercises that help reboot your system and get you present.
-A playful exploration of group energetics through movement, eye-gazing, and vocalization - powerful tools that can deepen your daily practices.
-An introduction to IFS work, with interactive examples and opportunities to explore the technique in real-time.
-An understanding of how stuck energies and patterns keep us closed off and unexpressed.
-A safe, heart-opening container to explore your energy body and connect with community.
Joseph Mach is an accomplished musician, artist, inner work coach and founder of Inner Work ATX.
Joseph studied for 5 years with Steve Flynn, MA/CMT, learning Gestalt therapy, bio-energetics, Reichian therapy and qi gong and is dedicated to sharing these profound tools to help others.
