DESCRIPTION:This 3-week intensive is designed to help you bring fluidity, musicality, and full-body expression into your Latin dancing—especially Salsa and Bachata. Whether you feel stiff or just want to level up your style, this is where the magic starts. We’ll demystify isolations, body rolls, weight shifts, and coordinated movement across the spine, torso, hips, and arms—giving you the tools to stop thinking about how to move and start feeling it instead.
Expect technical drills, foundational breakdowns, and musical phrasing practice to help you loosen up and refine your look on the dance floor.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Dancers with a working knowledge of basic steps and timing in Salsa and Bachata. We won’t be teaching the basic steps in this class—so if you’re brand new to Latin dance, we recommend starting with a beginner-level series first.
