About this Event

When addiction is present, family members often lose touch with what they need in an effort to help someone else. Boundaries become confusing, emotional, or hard to maintain—especially when they aren’t rooted in clear values.

Tools for Family Recovery is a 1.5-hour educational workshop focused on helping loved ones identify and build their own recovery tools. Rather than focusing on changing another person’s behavior, this workshop helps participants reconnect with what matters most to them—and use that clarity to guide healthier responses and decisions.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to identify and clarify your personal core values
  • How to define and set effective boundaries
  • How to take care of yourself in the midst of chaos
  • Practical tools to support your own recovery and well-being

Who It’s For:

  • Parents, partners, spouses, siblings, adult children, and caregivers
  • Any adult (18+) impacted by a loved one’s substance use
  • Individuals seeking education, clarity, and support—not therapy

Workshop Details Length: 1.5 hours

Cost: $50 per person Includes educational materials and refreshments.

Your values matter. Your recovery matters.
