A session for IY managers, and group leaders who wish to build on their skills to measure and report on the impact of IY Parent Programmes .
About this Event

This half day online session has been developed for managers, administrators and group leaders delivering any IY Parent Programme.

You will learn how to use Excel to analyse and display your impact data, and use this to demonstrate the impact of your service and support service development and delivery.

This session will be facilitated by Dr Richard Nugent, Senior Policy and Research Analyst at NCB, and Maria McAleese, Incredible Years Mentor NI.

Richard will cover;

- The Outcomes and Impact Tool - a bespoke tool developed specifically for Incredible Years managers, administrators and group leaders to use

- Outcomes Based Accountability or OBA - a useful lens through which to begin discussions about improving outcomes.

Maria will discuss practical ideas on how to use the tools and engage parents.
