Too Young for This: Walk and Talk

Caring for someone with dementia can be both meaningful and overwhelming - especially if you're balancing caring with work, family and the rest of life.

Whether you're in your 20's, 30's or 40's, you're welcome here. It's a space to connect with others, who understand what it's like to juggle it all.

This relaxed walk is a chance to breathe, connect and enjoy some time outdoors. There's no agenda, no pressure, just a gentle walk with good company and a space to chat (or listen).

What to bring:

• Comfortable shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Optional: a warm drink

If it rains heavily, we'll meet for a coffee nearby instead - all details and updates will be sent by email before the day.
