**Tonal Portrait on Grey Paper – Bette Davis**Join me for a relaxed one-day drawing workshop, focusing on tone, form and likeness using grey paper as the middle tone.
We’ll work from a classic black-and-white portrait of Bette Davis, looking at how to build a convincing tonal drawing using light and dark values. Grey paper is a lovely surface for this, as it allows us to work both into the shadows and up into the highlights.
The workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners, with small numbers and plenty of individual guidance throughout the day.
