The application deadline for vendors, sponsors, and all festival partners is April 20. This event sells out quickly so applications should be submitted early. Applicants will be notified as soon as possible, approved vendor/sponsor payments will be made via nonprofit host TRAC by May 20, and a waitlist will be created after the roughly 120 spots are filled.
