Join us for our Casual League at the Tomball Community Library in partnership with Aegis CC!Meet other trainers, play and trade in an open environment, or learn how to play the Trading Card Game if you don't know yet! Parents also welcome if they want to learn more about the Trading Card Game.
Our Leagues do not follow any specific format, so feel free to bring cards from any time period of the Trading Card Game!
Activities include:
- Trading: Pokémon fans must verify trades with the on-site Pokémon Professor for fairness and catch fake cards.
- Pokémon Trading Card Game battles: Pokémon fans use their own cards to battle other fans in a 1-vs-1 Trading Card Game battle.
- Learn to Play: Pokémon fans and parents new to the world of the Pokémon Trading Card Game can learn how to play the game!
- Pokémon Rumble: Players roll dice to have Pokémon perform attacks in an eight-way Battle Royale! Two non-Rule Box Pokémon required per player; Fairy-type Pokémon highly not recommended as it is no longer supported in the Trading Card Game.
- Pokémon Raid Battle: Players collaborate attacks to try and defeat a Dynamax Pokémon! Two Pokémon required per player.
- League Draft: players will build a deck from a random assortment of cards in the League Kit and play a short 3-round tournament.
• Important Note •
Fake cards do circle around. Please reach out to the Pokémon Professor for more information on how to catch them. Although players are not discouraged from using them at a casual level, we do request for players to present us with any ongoing trades to make sure no fake cards are involved.
