Our training will begin Tuesday, June 2nd and end with the Tom Short Race on August 1st. We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm at the pool parking lot. This group is for anyone it doesn’t matter where you’re at in your fitness journey or if you even have one! Everyone is invited to join us for training, whether you walk, run, or bike! Every pace is just right, whether it's slow or fast!
