You won’t want to miss this exciting event where athletes will be put to the test. The WaughStrong Competition will take strength and fitness to the next level. This fully sanctioned, Jeep-themed Strongman event will showcase incredible feats of strength and endurance with challenges inspired by Jeep vehicles and the off-road lifestyle.Jeep is known for its strength, ruggedness and adventure, just like competitors in the WaughStrong event. This competition will raise awareness and support for mental health and suicide prevention programs for veterans and First Responders. These everyday heroes will be honored through a unique blend of grit, determination and community spirit.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
• Mud Tire Deadlifts: An ultimate test of strength, competitors will deadlift a mud tire for reps in just one minute.
• Duck Walk: Competitors will carry a yoke on their shoulders 100 feet.
• Mud Tire Axel Clean and Press: A car axel with mid tire attached will be pressed overhead as many reps as possible in one minute.
• The Jeep Pull: Athletes will be strapped to the front of a Jeep and it will be pulled 50 feet in the fastest time possible.
• Sand Bag Load Medley: Athletes will pick up and carry three different sandbags and load them over a bar in the fastest time possible.
