The New Moon offers a sacred pause. In its gentle darkness, we find a safe and nurturing space for reflection, clarity, and quiet transformation. Whether you're starting something new, seeking insight, cultivating healthier habits or simply wishing to connect more deeply with yourself and others, this circle is open to all.
What to Expect:
✨ We’ll open our time together with stillness and a warming cup of ceremonial cacao, creating space to ground and connect.
✨ Claire and Jayne will guide you through a gentle meditation using mindfulness and visualisation to help attune to the lunar energy.
✨ Through reflection and intention-setting, we’ll explore what feels aligned—and what no longer serves.
✨ There will be time to share (if you feel called), journal, and connect in a supportive, loving space.
This is more than a workshop—it's a compassionate space to simply be. A space where your voice is welcome, your story is honoured, and your presence matters.
