About the Author:
Sylvie Stuart is a Certified Clinical EFT Coach who helps high-performing individuals break free from the emotional toll of narcissistic trauma and high-stress relationships. Her work guides clients in untangling patterns of self-abandonment, raising their self-worth, and reclaiming their voice—so they can lead, love, and serve from truth, not performance and achievement.
For years, Sylvie stood alongside incredible healers, always believing they were more worthy, more “ready,” more enough. But as she began doing the deeper work herself, she realized the truth: the very wounds she once hid became the doorway to her own power—and her purpose.
