Join us for an Acro Yoga playshop designed to cultivate connection, trust, and playfulness. Acro Yoga blends yoga, acrobatics, and teamwork to create a practice that encourages communication, builds strength and community.
This session is part of our How to Human series, which focuses on creating spaces for meaningful interaction, growth, and embodiment. Acro Yoga invites participants to engage with others, step out of their comfort zones, and embrace a sense of shared joy and support.

About Your Facilitators:
Mike Adams: A retired NFL offensive lineman, Mike discovered yoga during a profound life transition and has since become a passionate advocate for self-love and mindfulness. With certifications in iRest yoga nidra, conscious breathwork, and kids' yoga, Mike now leads global retreats, youth programs, and mindfulness coaching for athletes.
Phoebe Perelman: A corporate speechwriter by day, Phoebe channels her love for connection and movement into her practice as a Registered Yoga Teacher and acro-yogi. She is passionate about creating experiences that bring the community together through communication, movement, and play.
