About this Event
Thank you for signing up to volunteer at our 8th Annual Together We Ball! This community basketball game brings together faith leaders, law enforcement and community leaders over the mutual love of basketball. The event is jammed packed with a variety of activities for the family to enjoy including a skills and drills camp for youth, a high school exhibition game featuring top athletes from area high schools, a community resource fair, 3-point contest, Old School Free Throw featuring community leaders, and other fun activities such as face painting for the kids, special appearances, music and entertainment.
Your assistance will help make the event a success! Please take a moment to complete this registration by Friday, August 23, 5 p.m. Volunteer roles will be confirmed by Monday, August 26th via email. Volunteers must be ages 16 and older. Court ball runners can be ages 10 and older.
Mark your calendar for volunteer orientation on Saturday, August 31, at SMU. The time will be sent, but block 12-2 p.m. until confirmed. If you have questions, please email [email protected]

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Each role shows the number of volunteers needed. Select your 1st choice role and a 2nd choice role as a back up. Your role will be confirmed prior to orientation.

I, ______________________, am registering to volunteer at Project Unity's Together We Ball event on Sunday, September 8th at Southern Methodist University. I assume all risk of injury while volunteering at the event and will not bring legal suit against Union Development Corporation dba Project Unity, its Board of Directors, staff, Southern Methodist University, event partners, event sponsors or any other supporting organizations in the event of an injury due to an accident while volunteering at the game. I also give my permission to be captured in photos and videos at the event.
