Join Dr. Nicholas Perry, a licensed psychologist, share about strengthening connection and navigating conversations between couples during the holidays at our Colfax location on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00 pm.
This one-hour talk and workshop will cover research on couples’ communication, as well as tips and skills for how couples can cope with stress effectively together. We’ll focus on ways to solve problems, enhance connection, and communicate effectively around the stress (and joys!) of the holiday season. The talk and workshop will also include time for Q&A from audience members.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr. Nicholas Perry is a licensed clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor in Psychology at the University of Denver, where he conducts research on romantic and family relationships and well-being and supervises doctoral students in research and clinical practice. He also has over 10 years of training and experience in working with couples clinically and specializes in working with couples from the LGBTQ+ community.
