Monday, November 17th, join Grounded Gourmet at FAM Cuisine for a flavorful demo featuring foods like Marinated Tofu "Feta", Persian Tofu Scramble, Tofu "Ricotta" and Oil-Free Mayo. Impress yourself and your loved ones—no matter your diet! Bring your appetite and tofu questions—food is included, and everything is vegan and gluten-free.
Every Monday during the month of November Grounded Gourmet will host a "How to: Tofu" class at Fam Cuisine in downtown Sarasota. From meaty and satisfying to rich and creamy, you will learn how to transform this versatile protein source into meals that make your mouth waterand your loved ones delighted. Stay tuned as we post ticket sales for each class, scroll down for details.
Food is included in these classes! You will get to try and take away an array of recipes from each of these classes. This is not a hands-on type of cooking class, but more of a demonstrationand explanation of the various preparation and cooking methods, as well as a social setting where everyone is free to ask questions, share experience and trade tips and tricks.

About the Teacher: my name is Nikki Kostyun and I am the woman behind Grounded Gourmet. With a lifelong passion for food, I have 12+ years experience with vegan and raw vegan cuisineand have spent thousands of hours in the kitchen and online learning, practicing and refining techniques — all while bringing as much flavor and diversity to dishes as possible. I have experience with group courses, in-home lessons, catering and product creation and sales, and nothing makes me happier than feeding people yummy food — and watching their face light up when they realize how good something vegan can be!
