About Sunrise Running/Strength bootcamp with Embolden High Performance
The early bird catches the worm with this bootcamp. Join us for sunrise over kite beach, and then dive into an oregon workshop that mixes running with bodyweight exercises, expertly led by nutritionist and coach Marc Alonso.
Join us afterward for coffees, a cooldown swim at Dubai’s best swimming spot without the crowd and before it gets too hot, and brunch at SKM’D.
There is something truly magical about this place at sunrise. Join us and enjoy that smug feeling for the rest of the day!
About Today Fit
TodayFit believes that achieving fitness doesn't require an expensive gym membership. Preparation
All abilities are welcome. Please bring plenty of water and wear sports gear you can easily move in. The temperature is cool enough at this time for this to be a comfortable session; we regularly workout at this spot. Bring swim wear if you want a dip at Dubai’s best swimming beach before the crowds arrive. Showers are available afterwards.
