Coach Noor’s life changed when she threw herself into the physical and mental challenges of obstacle course racing (OCR). Now she’s ready to train you. Join TodayFit x Noor on a Wednesday morning for a functional strength workout with an introduction into OCR weaved in.

TodayFit believes that achieving fitness doesn't require an expensive gym membership. Through an affordable monthly subscription to the TodayFit App, members gain access to professional-led workouts, the opportunity to join sports teams, and the chance to connect with like-minded individuals at social events.
Preparation
All abilities are welcome. Please bring plenty of water and wear sports gear you can easily move in. The temperature is cool enough at this time for this to be a comfortable session. There is one shower available at the facility and free parking outside.
