TNP Tuesday Night Paddles are a fitness paddle taught/led by Marshall Seddon the owner of The River Connection and avid kayak racer. This workout series is impart preparation and training fir the 2026 race season morenob upcoming competitions will bedia ussedfor anyone thinking of givibg themselvess a challenge Best suited to surfskis, kayaks of 14’+ can work as well for this workout program.
Please arrive early enough to be ready to hit the water at 6pm. Landing by 8pm max. Expect the first 15 minutes to be instructional or prepatory with everything from mechanics of th forward stroke to limbering up with yoga.
On water will be a variety of intervals depending on conditions and paddler level.
Don’t have a race kayak? Contact Marshall prior. Up to 3 additional surfskis and wing paddles (don’t know what those are? You’ll learn) can be brought to the lake for the Program. Rental fee is $50 per kit.
