What You'll LearnTo qualify for a Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit, students must attend and pass a 6-hour minimum certified course covering handgun safety, carry laws, use of deadly force, and legal liabilities. Graduates receive the certification needed to apply for the permit.
Students must pre-register with the state via TN.gov: https://dl.safety.tn.gov/_/#1
Required Equipment: A handgun, 50 rounds of ammunition, ID, safety gear, and appropriate clothing. Pack snacks/lunch. Handguns and ammo are available for rent or purchase at the range.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
