TMHA Restorative Wellness Fair: Self-Care, Stress Relief & Sound Bath

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Transitions–Mental Health Association’s Peer Advisory & Advocacy Team (PAAT) is hosting a community wellness gathering focused on self-care, grounding practices, and healthy ways to decompress after stressful appointments, workdays, or challenging life events.

This event is designed to create a welcoming space for connection, reflection, and restoration. Participants will hear from guest speakers sharing practical tools for nervous system regulation and everyday self-care, have time to connect with others in the community, and close the afternoon with a guided sound bath to help participants leave feeling calm and supported.

This gathering is open to community members, peers, advocates, and behavioral health professionals who are interested in learning simple practices to support wellness and resilience. This will be a small gathering (about 40 participants) to help keep the space relaxed and welcoming.
