Join us for a 60 minute all levels morning vinyasa yoga class to benefit new Atlanta yoga nonprofit, TLC Yoga, www.tlcyoga.org which provides care and connection through yoga, meditation and other wellness tools to individuals experiencing homelessness and those transitioning out of homelessness.

Class is being generously offered by Atlanta yoga teacher Brianna Whitfield. And the space is being provided by Eastside Church, where TLC Yoga hosts a class for unhoused neighbors in East Atlanta Village every Thursday.

TLC Yoga started in 2020 by Ashley Erwin with one small class serving a group of individuals experiencing homelessness in the Poncey Highland area of Atlanta. The class grew and evolved in beautiful ways and Ashley realized this service was a calling. It became time to expand. In 2022 TLC Yoga had a successful crowdsourced fundraiser. In 2023 TLC Yoga became a 501(c)3 nonprofit and expanded to two new communities in Atlanta. The goal is to add teachers to keep growing.

Ashley will be offering a gentle chair and mat yoga class to our unhoused neighbors at 11:30am the same morning. This will be followed by a Jambalaya lunch! You are welcome to stay for this second class and lunch.
