TKG ANNUAL BENCH OFF COMPETITION (MAY 22nd) - Come Join us for our very first Bench Competition Friday May 22nd, both Men and Women classes will be available for this Tap & Go Bench Comp. (Rules will be standardized)
- It will be a Free Day for anyone wanting to try out the gym that day, and we’ll be having free food from local vendors and sponsors and a DJ playing live music and also a traveling Cold plunge & Sauna from @sava_sauna to try out!
- All Competitors should come an hour early to register and warmup before comp begins and to go over rules, please reach out and send us message if you have any questions!
