Get certified by Tito Ortos, one of the best and most knowledgeable Salsa dancers in the world!This 8-hour Salsa certification course will take place with Tito Ortos on Monday, October 10 from 11 am to 6 pm at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. Plus, there will be a 1.5-hour History of Salsa Music & Dance on Sunday, October 9 (time to be announced).
This course is geared to Salsa instructors or to dancers thinking of becoming instructors in the future. It is also open to Salsa aficionados who would like to delve deeper and learn as much as possible about the art of Salsa music and dance. A certificate of completion will be given to each course attendee.
New material this year includes more advanced Lead & Follow Technique, a full hour of Pachanga and Boogaloo and an intro to Bomba y Plena. For those who did the course in 2019, the History of Salsa component is optional.
