Andrew Reilman (Linkage Engineers, Principal)
Andy is the CEO and Principal of Linkage Engineers. Andy is is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in HVAC systems design and integrated sustainable project design. His expertise in sustainable architecture and green buildings includes building designs for passive, low energy systems such as natural and mixed-mode ventilation, displacement ventilation, radiant heating and cooling, and building integrated renewable energy systems. Some of Andy’s notable high-performance projects include the UCLA Pauley Pavilion (LEED Gold), UC Berkeley Student Community Center (LEED Gold), Long Beach Airport Terminals (LEED Certified Level), and Soka University Performing Arts Center (LEED Gold). He continues to push the boundaries in sustainable design with extensive experience in All-Electric, De-Carbonized, LEED Platinum and Zero Net Energy buildings.
Dave Intner (SCE, Architect and Certified Energy Manager)
Dave Intner, a California licensed Architect, is currently working for Southern California Edison as an Energy Efficiency Advisor in the Savings by Design program, collaborating with Architect and Engineer teams to incorporate High Performance design into their New Construction projects. His architectural design and project management experience ranges from small-scale residential to large multifamily developments, and commercial & institutional buildings. Dave is focused on sustainable design strategies and implementation, including building decarbonization, energy efficiency, water-use reduction, healthy indoor environments, and environmentally responsible materials use. He has overseen projects through Green Building certifications, including LEED and GreenPoint Rated.
Dominic Butler (Syska Hennessy, Sustainability Specialist III)
Dominic Butler is a Sustainability Specialist at Syska Hennessy based out of the Los Angeles office. In total, he has 8 years of experience working in CA Title 24 Code Compliance, Energy Modeling, and Sustainability Consulting. Dominic leverages his experience to direct MEP and architectural design processes for complex projects. His diverse portfolio spans many market sectors including: Office, Industrial, Life Sciences, Aviation, Data Centers, Multifamily, and Retail projects. Dominic utilizes a holistic approach to sustainability, incorporating energy modeling, water use-analysis, materials selection, along with an understanding of occupant health and wellness to provide clients with well-rounded high-quality design.

Michael Adams (Glumac, Los Angeles Office Leader | Associate)
Michael is the Los Angeles Office Leader and manages the California Energy Modeling team for Glumac. This team is dedicated to technical and simulation-based modeling, always striving to not only meet but exceed the rigorous criteria of building rating systems, state energy codes, federal guidelines, and incentive programs. With a decade-long track record in sustainable design and construction, Michael brings invaluable expertise to the table, especially in energy and water efficiency within the built environment. Throughout the design process, Michael is deeply involved, proposing, analyzing, and evaluating practical recommendations to deliver cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Michael participates as a voting member in the Department of Energy’s Appliance Standards and Rulemaking Federal Advisory Committee and is also an adjunct professor at NewSchool of Architecture.
