$45 entry, limit 26 teams of 2 players. Grab a buddy and climb in to the NYC sewers together play with your favorite crime-fighting turtle squad! Participants will receive a prerelease kit containing 6 packs of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to open and build the best deck they can. Then, everyone will play 3 rounds of Magic to see who did the best!
Those with a winning record will win some extra packs from the set, and there will be drawings for door prizes as well.
This event is casual and friendly to inexperienced players, and is an especially good way to introduce a new friend to Magic. It does help to be familiar with the very basics of the game.
