The second annual 'Tit Rex Tea Party will begin two hours before the 'Tit Rex Parade rolls on Sunday, Feb 16.There will be tiny creatures having a teeny tea party lined up to watch the petit parade.
Costumes encouraged. Some teeny snacks and sips provided; contributing and sharing encouraged
