About this Event
Christina Loftus graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Philosophy. She studied civil and common law jurisprudence at the LSU Law Center, graduating with a J.D. in 1994. For over a decade, she practiced law in the executive and judicial branches of Louisiana state government before joining the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C. She later served as a legislative and policy consultant for the National League of Cities, advocating at the federal level on behalf of over 2,700 cities. Christina is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana.
Realizing her desire to support lawyers and other professionals in achieving greater well-being, she atended The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2017 with a Master of Science in Social Work, and in 2023 credentialed as an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Christina is an avid advocate for well-being in law and volunteers with the Institute for Well-Being in Law, the National Association of Law Student Affairs Professionals, and the Integrative Law Community. To support the next generation of lawyers, Christina also serves as a law student mentor.
