Minglewood Harborside is partnering with the Law Enforcement Torch Run to host a Tip-A-Cop on December 4th from 5PM to 9PM. Members of the Gloucester Police Department will serve as your celebrity waiters, waiting your tables and earning "tips" (donations) for Special Olympics Massachusetts.
