About this Event

Curious how ArtYard's Hatch began? Why a giant egg and parade of birds?

Join ArtYard Founder & Executive Director Jill Kearney during our Late Shift Hours for a Tiny Talk to hear the history of The Hatch.

The Hatch is a celebration of creative incubation and community, featuring large-scale bird puppets, a 14-foot egg, live music, and public exuberance. For every Hatch, the public is invited to construct bird costumes and to join community members to hatch out of a giant egg and march joyously through Frenchtown.

ArtYard's Late Shift hours are from 5 to 7 on Thursday nights. Bring a friend, sip a glass of wine, and browse the galleries ahead of the Tiny Talk, which begins at 6 PM.
