TINNED & TÓNICA is a three-course experience featuring three distinct Gin and Tonic cocktails crafted with Condesa’s artisanal gins. Each cocktail is paired with a chef-curated tinned dish created exclusively for the evening. La Metro’s culinary team and Condesa’s brand ambassador will introduce each course, sharing the stories behind each pairing and the traditions that inspired them.
Condesa Gin is produced in Mexico City’s Colonia Condesa, a neighborhood known for its creative energy and blend of global influences. Their gins highlight native botanicals and a deep sense of place, making them an ideal match for an experience rooted in thoughtful combinations and cultural storytelling.
Hosted on La Metro’s private patio in the heart of Ponce City Market, this evening brings together strong cocktails, preserved foods, and conversation inspired by the spirit of the Spanish bar.
