Location: Rabbit Island, Conifer Park
Get ready for an action-packed race at the west end of Rabbit Island beach reserve, featuring scenic forest trails for the mountain bike portion.
Race Day Schedule:
8:00AM Registration and bike racking opens
8:45AM Race briefing (ALL competitors MUST attend the race briefing!)
9:00AM Race Start
Race Options:
Long (Sprint) Course: 750m swim/15-20km mountain bike /5km run
Short Course: 250m swim/8-10km mountain bike/2.5km run
Long (Sprint) Duathlon: 5km run. 15-20km mountain bike, 2.5km run
Short Duathlon: 2.5km run, 8-10km mountain bike, 2.5km run
