The Earth is alive with warmth, movement, colour, and sound. This is a season of connection, nourishment, and deep presence with the living world around us.
As the energy of the Summer Solstice settles into the land, we are invited to slow down enough to truly receive what this season offers. To reconnect with joy, community, embodiment, and the simple experience of being fully alive.
With the Sun moving through Cancer, this is also a time of emotional connection, intuition, and tending what nourishes us beneath the surface.
A reminder that strength does not only come through movement and action, but also through belonging, feeling, and rest.
Join us for an evening of shamanic drumming, guided journeying, and shared intention as we gather in sacred space beneath the energy of the summer sky.
Through rhythm, breath, and deep presence, we will connect with the heart of summer and the wisdom of the living Earth.
The evening will include
• Collective drumming to awaken flow and connection
• Reflection on midsummer and seasonal abundance
• Grounding and embodiment practices
• Intention setting for nourishment and alignment
• Guided shamanic journey to connect with summer wisdom and life force
• Sharing and integration
• Tea to ground and close
No experience is needed.
Bring yourself as you are, a warm layer, a blanket and a drum if you have one.
We have 9 spare drums, so please let us know if you need to borrow one when booking.
