About this Event
Time to Bloom with Chloe: A Breathwork & Embodiment Journey Bringing Light and Love
A fully guided breathwork & embodiment journey weaving intention setting, movement, pranayama, yoga nidra & reflective integration at the beautiful Cowslip Meadow!
In early April, as spring begins to unfold around us and the days grow lighter, we find ourselves in a powerful moment of integration. Just after the Full Pink Moon on April 2, the moon moves into its waning gibbous phase. Which is a time traditionally associated with reflection, gratitude, and gentle release. Here we invite the space of bringing love to yourself, time to nourish you being through the breath, movmement and pause.
Rather than pushing forward, this is a time to take a moment and absorb the energy of what has already begun to bloom within us. Like nature in early spring, we are invited to nurture what is emerging, while softly shedding what no longer supports our growth. Often (and I know I do) we feel we must be fall steam ahead to not fall behind, but the truth is taking time to stop, practice tools we are then able to hear what is truly needed for us to blossom forward!
This 90 minute embodied ritual offers a space for grounding, regulation, and inner alignment. Through breath, movement and deep rest, you will be guided to reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate clarity for the season ahead.
An invitation to offer a safe and supportive environment to shake off the winter residue, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner rhythm as we move deeper into spring.
This workshop also serves as the starting point for a reoccuring session, where you can learn to integrate these practices and tools into everyday life.
The Journey Agenda:
This is a fully guided breathwork and embodiment journey, blending ancient pranayama practices with modern nervous system wisdom. We will move through the following phases...
Setting the Scene: Intention & Awareness
We begin with a short talk to ground us in the seasonal and lunar context of this time, introduction to the importance of breath and key aspects, followed by guided intention setting.
Awakening the Body: Movement, Shaking & Dance
Through gentle movement, somatic shaking and free form dance, we awaken energy, release stagnation and come home to the body. No choreography, just permission to move as you are, with gentle guidance to ease you in.
Breathwork & Pranayama with Shamanic Drum
The core of the journey. Using conscious breath we will move through phases of activation, regulation and grounding. This supports emotional release, clarity and nervous system balance through multiple breath & pranayama techniques.
Integration through Guided Yoga Nidra/Meditation
We land in a deeply restorative yoga nidra, allowing the body and subconscious mind to integrate the experience and anchor intentions beneath conscious thought.
Grounding & Embodied Reflection
We close with reflective, embodied coaching reflection, which will invite insight through feeling, thinking, writing or drawing. This is where meaning is made and intentions become tangible.
