Swami Madhuram Puri is visiting Europe this summer, touring ashrams, churches and yoga centres to spread the theme of Time For Peace, and we're delighted to invite you to a variety of programs with him in Scotland. He'll also be visiting England, with events in Liverpool, London and Brighton.In this all-day event at our ashram in GALASHIELS, in the beautiful Scottish Borders, Swami Madhuram will guide musical meditations and relaxing yoga nidra with bamboo flutes (shakuhachi & bansuri), and lead traditional spiritual songs, kirtans and mantras accompanied by harmonium. Weather-permitting, we'll go for a walk in the local woods and eat healthy vegan lunch and dinner in the ashram garden, and enjoy peaceful time together by a log fire.

TIME
Whole day: 11am - 8pm
You're welcome to stay all day and evening, including the afternoon break 2-4pm, or just come to one part of the program.
Morning: 11am - 2pm | yoga, pranayama, walk, lunch
Evening: 4 - 8pm | yoga nidra, meditation, chanting, fireside satsang, supper

DANA CONTRIBUTION
Whole day – *suggested donation: £50 | vegan lunch and supper provided
Morning or Evening session only: £30
*All events held in the ashram are offered by donation, in the spirit of 'dana' a Sanskrit word that means "gift/giving". If you can't afford to give the suggested rate, then please feel free to give what you can. Likewise, if you're able to give more, then of course you're welcome to do so. Thank you.

Please book in advance using the ZEFFY ticketing link. Contributions to the ZEFFY platform are optional - you can give them a tip or choose to enter £0.00 at checkout. Either way, the platform is free for non-profits sch as our registered charity.
