About this Event
Whether you are peri, mid or post-menopausal, the day is a chance to chat and connect with other women in a relaxed and supportive space.
3 workshops led by 3 fabulous female creatives - no pressure and lots of fun!
There will also be stalls and opportunities to find out what’s on offer locally to support you through menopause - there will also be cake!
10am - Arrival and tea/coffee
10.30 - 11.30: Workshop 1: Writing around the Menopause with writer/spoken word poet Helen Jeffery

12.00-13.00: Workshop 2: Find your Funny - Comedy with Claire Berry from Fem de la Femme
Lunch - Light lunch included (please advise of dietary requirements)
14.00-15.00: Workshop 3: Confidence Building with musical theatre performer Gillian Hardie
