The National Bureau of Product Research began in 2013 as an archive of vintage blueprints, drawings, and photos collected during a journalism career. In 2017, the archive inspired the first garments of The National Bureau, turning true stories into clothing. Made in the U.S.A. with premium materials, our pieces feature graphics as crisp as printed paper. The launch line focuses on space exploration and Astrogeology, with future collections exploring more subjects from the archive.

PANELIST: Ki Harris
While helping entrepreneurs build their brands, I realized I hadn’t considered my own future. My role and even the industry didn’t feel right. Reflecting on my style influence and my grandmother’s beauty career, I saw fashion as my path. Trusting my intuition, I quit my job, took my first sewing class, and used my branding skills to establish my own fashion business.
