Join Black Girls Mahjong Too as they walk you through the fundamentals of the game from understanding the tiles to learning how a full round is played. Whether you’re brand new or have admired the game from afar, this experience is designed to help you learn with confidence and ease.

What You’ll Learn:

Basics of American Mahjong

Tile identification and setup

How to read and use the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card

Gameplay flow, rules, and common terminology

Tips to build confidence and continue playing beyond the class

Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in

Experience Level: Beginner-friendly (no prior experience required)
