Join us on July 18, 2026 as we take the T+T van to artsy Floyd, VA.We will enjoy a creative escape to the Floyd Center for the Arts, where you’ll experience a beginner-friendly Tiffany-stained glass class led by renowned local artist Lisa Thompson.
Create your very own 6” x 6” stained glass panel using the authentic copper/soldering method made famous by Louis Comfort Tiffany!
Lunch – As this craft is somewhat continuously hands on, participants are asked to bring their own lunch or make arrangements to get lunch to go from.
We will provide a refreshment bar- drinks and light snacks set up throughout the class session.
After class we will have a few moments of free time to explore the Galleries and artist’s studios.
Then, head to Chateau Morrisette Winery for some sipping and relaxing as we unwind from our creative day!
PRICE PER PERSON: $99.00. The full amount is due when the reservation is made. Lunch is BYOB or local to-go purchase at your own expense.
PRICE INCLUDES: Artist instruction and all class materials, all-day beverage and snack station, roundtrip parks and recreation transit van transportation, and a tour host. Lunch and Vineyard refreshments are at your own expense.
DEPARTURE TIME AND LOCATIONS: The van will depart at 9:00AM City of Roanoke Public Works Bldg. 1802 Courtland Rd, NE. Return time to Roanoke is around 8:00PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The trip is based on a minimum amount of paid participants. Should we cancel the trip; a full refund will be given. If you cancel prior 7 days prior departure a full refund will be issued. Less than 7 days there will be 50% service fee collected.
