Tiffany Clements, C. D. S. serves as the Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist with Home-Aid Caregivers, where she develops dementia care programs and provides specialized dementia education and support for caregivers, families, and the community. Tiffany is a credentialed CARES Dementia Specialist, one of only 34 in Texas, with a B.A. in Psychology and leadership experience in memory care and dementia support. She is passionate about providing education, guidance, and compassionate support to individuals and families with loved ones living with Alzheimer’s, other related dementia, or changes in memory, behavior, or thinking.
