TIF Information Session

KVCOG is hosting a Municipal Tax Increment Financing (TIF or MTIF) information session, via zoom on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 9am. Tina Mullins, Development Program Officer from The Maine Office of Economic and Community Development (DECD) will be presenting the ABC's of TIFs and how municipalities can use this tool to fund specific public improvements within their communities. Tina will cover everything you need to know about the process and answer any questions you may have.
