About this Event
Discover healing and transformation through the Compassion Practice! This accessible 3-week online series will introduce you to the Compassion Practice, drawing from the invitation to compassionate living found in all spiritual and philosophical traditions.
During our three sessions on January 30th and February 6th and 20th (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM CT / 8:30-10:00 AM PT), we'll gather virtually to explore the foundational principles behind the Compassion Practice and discover practices you can integrate to start making compassion for both yourself and for others a way of life.
Led by Dale Suggs, MDiv, Certified Facilitator of the Compassion Practice, Certified Spiritual Director, and Co-Founder of the BELOVED Compassion Network.

Co-cponsored by the Center for Engaged Compassion, participants who complete the course are eligible for 0.45 CEUs through the Registrar's Office at Claremont School of Theology.
