Are you just entering the multi-sport scene?
Tidewater Striders define multi-sport beginners as those who have competed in less than 4 multi-sport events.
Novice participants compete in the same distances and time as sprint.
Distances are the same as the Sprint, and will start at the same time.
Novice Participants will not qualify for Age Group awards.
Kids Mini-Duathlon Distances
1 Mile Run
5 Mile Bike Ride
0.5 mile run
Kid's Duathlon Note: Parents are able to do the run and bike ride portions with their child, but you must choose that registration option.
All Participants
Bike Racks will be available and ready race morning by 7:00 am
