Tibetan Sound is an expression of sacred vibration — a weaving of frequencies, harmonics, and overtones that speak directly to the body’s subtle systems.Sound healing works through pattern and resonance. When we relax and allow the tones to move through us, we give the body permission to return to its natural alignment. The sound doesn’t “fix” us — it reminds us of our original state.Participants typically lie comfortably on the floor in savasana. A supported seated meditation posture or gentle, restorative shapes are also welcome. This is a practice of receiving.
