Join me for a deeply restorative Tibetan Sound Bath on Tuesday April 14th, the perfect way to welcome yourself back after the Easter holidays.
Perfect for anyone with daytime availability looking to truly unwind. Many parents appreciate the school hours timing, but everyone is welcome to enjoy this deeply calming experience!
What is a Tibetan Sound Bath?
A Tibetan Sound Bath is an immersive healing experience where you lie down comfortably while the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred instruments wash over you.
The ancient tones help to:
- Release stress and tension held in the body
- Quiet the busy mind
- Restore deep relaxation
- Rebalance your energy
- Connect you back to yourself
No experience needed - just bring yourself and an open heart.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or exercise mat
- Blanket (to stay warm as your body relaxes)
- Cushion or pillow (optional, for extra comfort)
- Water bottle
- A journal and pen – to capture insights, reflections, or messages
Chairs available for anyone who cannot lie down comfortably

Important Information:
Arrival:
Please arrive at 12: 30 PM to allow time to find your spot, settle in with your mat and blanket, and prepare for the experience.
We start promptly at 12:40 PM. Late arrivals may disrupt the peaceful atmosphere for others, so please plan to be settled by 12:40.
What Happens:
After a brief welcome, you'll lie down on your mat with your blanket. The 60-minute Tibetan sound journey begins, and all you need to do is relax, breathe, and let the vibrations do their work.
After the Sound Bath:
Time will be provided for gentle integration, grounding, and aftercare guidance before you leave feeling restored.

Sound healing is gentle, but not always suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor before attending if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices
- Experience sound-triggered seizures or photosensitive epilepsy
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Are managing a severe mental health condition (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia)
